Elitz was established in 1986. Our main business activities are rental brokerage and property management. We initially acted only as brokers for rental apartments and subsequently became involved in the management business at the request of property owners. More recently we have set up specialized departments devoted to operations such as dealing with tenants, corporate services, and purchasing. This enables us to better meet the diverse requirements of our customers. We are aggressively pursuing a strategy of advertising in the mass media. The adoption of our new brand name, Elitz, in 2003 was accompanied by a television advertising campaign. In this way the Elitz brand has become a household word. Today we operate a network of 22 business locations within the city of Kyoto, two locations in suburban Kyoto, one location each in Tokyo and Shiga, and one franchise.
