- The Elitz Attitude toward Customers -
As an enterprise, we owe our very existence to our customers.
At Elitz we always try to see things from the customer's viewpoint,
and our business activities are not limited to acting as brokers for rental residences. We provide a full range of information and support services designed to support the customer's lifestyle through housing.

In our dealings with customers we support people's lifestyles, and through our management services we provide support for property owners.
Our long experience in these areas enables us to track emerging areas of consumer demand and offer new services to meet them. Our entry into the monthly rental residence business and establishment of "ladies counter" services are but two examples. This approach reflects our customer-oriented attitude.

We are also continuously striving to provide enhanced convenience and to be a reliable partner for our clients. We are preparing for new advances in several ways, including entry into the business of building houses for sale and the development of new systems for securitization of real estate and utilization of computer technology.

- The Elitz Attitude toward the Real Estate Industry -
We are working to enhance the position of the industry by providing transparency in the services we offer.

Since the establishment of Elitz, brokerage and management of rental properties have been the core components of our business. We started as a broker specializing in rental apartments and then we began to provide management services for property owners, our vital suppliers. In the years since those early days we have gradually become involved in a variety of specialized operations, such as tenant, corporate and purchasing departments, as the requirements of consumers have grown more diverse.

Recently a number of issues have arisen due to gaps between the expectations of consumers and property owners. These concern matters such as negotiation of conditions between tenants and property owners, the accelerating trend toward discounted handling fees, and disputes about security deposit refunds.
Traditionally, the real estate industry has been viewed by the public as something of a closed world.

We try to be as transparent as possible about the details of the services we provide. By confronting potential issues openly and head-on,
we hope to gain the understanding of our customers and to earn their trust.
We believe that by conducting business in a sincere manner we are helping to enhance the image of the real estate industry as a whole.
